4 cleaners & 1 supervisor came for my 1+study unit. Very quick & responsive. They ensured everything was cleaned. When I asked for something, they immediately actioned on it. Supervisor was there throughout to guide and was hands on too. They also used disinfectant to clean all surfaces. Thorough job.
Cleaners from HSE especially Hossain and team did an absolute great job in assisting the clean jobs in both kitchen and our master bedroom. Great attitude and have taken the initiative to allow us in checking the cleaning done before he left. Highly recommended! Prices were affordable as well! 112sqm 5 room HDB flat, cleaning team arrived punctually at 9am and ended at 1pm sharp, with 3 good cleaners.
When they arrived, supervisor Mr Lim briefed us what was within the scope, and what was outside the scope. But said they would go the extra mile if time permits without putting in extra manhours.
Extra mile they did - they saw my bedframe was dusty and pushed out the bed to wipe the bedframe and the wall BEHIND the bed. They wiped the wires behind my TV. They wiped my fans though we said no need. They vacuumed the area behind my washing machine. They washed my toothpaste holder. They wiped the legs of my computer chair.
Maybe I am not familiar with industry standards or i'm not a picky person, but my house has never been so clean! Well worth the price. Thank you!
